• Standard Delivery (mainland UK): Up to 3 business days — 1–2 days for dispatch, then 1 day for delivery. Costs vary by size; average is £5.95 + VAT.
• Evri Delivery (0–15 kg parcels): £3.73 + VAT with next-day delivery.
• Highlands & other non-mainland areas: Delivery is available with an additional charge. Any applicable surcharge will be clearly displayed at checkout.

• You have 60 days from delivery to return unused items in their original, undamaged packaging for a full refund.
• Special order items must be returned within 14 days of purchase.

Please note:

It is the responsibility of the installer/mechanic to check the supplied part against the part being replaced before fitting. Once a part has been used, fitted, or damaged during installation, it cannot be returned on the grounds of being “incorrectly supplied.”

We process all payments securely through Stripe, which supports credit/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, etc.) and digital wallets like Apple Pay or Google Pay, depending on what Stripe enables.
